| Bio: | I'm an English professor at Norfolk State University where I teach courses in creative writing, literature, and composition. I have published about 300 stories in the SF/F/H and related areas, in such places as Weird Tales, Treachery and Treason, Starshore, The Age of Wonders, Cemetery Dance, Whitley Strieber's Aliens, the Hot Blood series, etc.
My first novel, The Best Laugh Last, was published in 1981. In 1998, Dark Regions Press published a collection of my previously printed stories. Its title: MORE STATELY MANSIONS: THE SELECTED WORKS OF JOHN B. ROSENMAN. In 2003 NovelBooks, Inc. published my action-based space opera, BEYOND THOSE DISTANT STARS. Two more SF novels are due out in late 2005 or early 2006 by Scrybe Books and Mundania Press, Ltd. The first has an African flavor and is titled, A SENSELESS ACT OF BEAUTY. The second is SPEAKER OF THE SHAKK.
